Prayer Requests from the Field  (JUNE 2022)

We often post Prayer Requests from the field on the @EncourageGlobal site on   Facebook.   

Some prefer to see the requests online like this.  Here are some recent requests the we have received from Workers on the Field:

  • Central Asia:  K* and K*
    • They are in the process making new friends and learning another language.
      • Pray for clarity and direction.
      • Pray for new relationships.
  • Northern Africa: Charlie* and Dana*
    • Their team has spent time in another country sharing Christ with refugees who have also fled from the Civil War.
    • New relief projects are being launched among their People Group, trapped in the war zone.
    • Pray for National Partners trying to implement the relief efforts.
    • Also, pray for Charlie* and Dana* as they prepare to move to another country in the Middle East to serve in a new role.
  • Middle East:  Tony* and Ziva*
    • Pray for them as they continue to serve in two roles:
      • New:  serving all of the Workers in their country.
      • Previous:   working with contractors, architects, lawyers, government offices— and renovations of properties.
  • SE Asia: Jerry* and Nina* (and 3 kids)
    • They are enjoying their time back in country.
      • Pray for them as settle back into their home after being gone for quite a while.
      • Pray for old relationships and the new friends they are meeting as they share Christ.
  • Central Asia: Justin* and Cathy*
    • Recently they were able to return to their old Field (still in conflict).
    • They are beginning new projects.
    • Praying God will direct them as they face the devastation caused by the war.
  • SE Asia: Rod* 
    • Cancer surgery and recovery went every well  (MD Anderson, Houston)
    • He has returned to the FIELD in SE Asia.
    • Pray for opportunities to share Christ as he shares his cancer story.
  • SE Asia: Stan* and Sandy*
    • They are planning to return to the Field this summer, after a year in the States.
    • Their middle school daughter had a special medical need and is doing better.
      • Continue to pray for them as she gets medical attention and counseling.
    • Pray for Work on the Field.
      • They continue to disciple young leaders via video meetings.
      • They look forward to returning to the FIELD in July.
  • S Asia: Dave* and Sandra*
    • They returned to the Field a couple of weeks ago — after a couple of years in the States.
    • Their home was filled with mold and mildew and their water supply was contaminated.
    • They have completed the cleaning process and are beginning to reestablish old relationships and make new friends.
    • Pray for their 16 yr old son and 14 yr old daughter as they readjust to the new life on the Field.
